There is something very angular about everything in this photo: the trees, the chairs, the path, and the shadows. It's certainly not the friendliest-looking part of Luxembourg Gardens in Paris but nobody seemed to mind. This shot begged for a square crop and a B & W treatment to bring out the interplay of light.

All of the issues with the site seem to be fixed so I'm back up-and-running again. I'm still toying with making iterative changes to the site, including EXIF data. Soon. Maybe.
