There are some technical issues with this shot, but I think that the subject matter is interesting enough to warrant a posting. This is another image from my Leslie Spit outing. If had had an opportunity to reshoot this, I would have used a bit of fill flash to balance the foreground and background and given it more DOF. As it is, I had to mask quite a bit in Photoshop to get a decent exposure.

I should mention that this and the previous 8 photos were taken with an old Canon AE-1 on expired (but frozen) Fuji Velvia slide film. I'm really quite happy with the results and I love the feel of that camera. I keep it as my backup camera, but I plan on continuing to use it on a regular basis.
