This is the one picture from the Allen Gardens outing that I'm happy with. I cropped it a bit and darkened the background but I think it could use a little more work in Photoshop. If I get around to it, I'll repost another version.

Monday's camera club meet was crap. Results were announced for the digital image competition and my scores for the pictures I entered were middling. I'm usually critical of my own work but there were a couple of pictures entered that I am proud of and I expected to do better. One judge went as far as calling a picture of mine "boring". It seems that judges tend to be conservative, so pictures of non-offensive farmhouses do better than a grimy street scene. I've posted the scores of judged images in the comments section for these images.
