notes

I thought about posting another Muskoka or night shot, but I decided to give it a break and post something entirely different. I took this just down the street from where I work while waiting to cross the street. These windy fall days create some dramatic skies, and I like how the sun creates the interesting lens flare. Some might argue that the photo is technically imperfect because of the excessive flare, but I like the effect.

I struggled to find a good title for this, but the one given is from the first words my girlfriend said when she saw the photo.

Finally, I shot this using a Canon S200 digital point-and-shoot. This is the second digital image out of 102 on the blog, but I don't plan on making a habit of it.

definitely an interesting perspective.. i love the angle on the crosswalk signal..makes it look larger than life...would be helpful though if more people used it!
